SunStar Corcho Heater Factory Warranty

10 year Limited Ten-Year Warranty

SunStar Heating Products, Inc. (SunStar) warrants SunStar Corcho gas heaters to be free from defects in workmanship and materials present at the time of shipment from the factory for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. The purchaser’s sole remedy under this limited warranty is as follows: If a purchaser discovers and reports to SunStar or the SunStar Corcho dealer/distributor a defect covered under this warranty within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, SunStar or the SunStar Corcho dealer/distributor will, at the purchaser’s option and upon proof of purchase (including model and serial number) repair or replace the defective unit. If a purchaser discovers and reports to SunStar or the SunStar Corcho dealer/distributor a defect covered under this warranty more than ninety (90) days but less than three (3) years from the date of purchase, SunStar or the SunStar Corcho dealer/distributor will provide the purchaser at no charge and upon proof of purchase (including model and serial number) with parts necessary to repair the unit; or, if the purchaser first notifies and receives approval from and thereafter promptly returns (at the purchasers’ expense) the defective unit to SunStar’s SunStar Corcho Service Center (see phone contact below) SunStar will repair or replace, at SunStar’s option, the defective unit and return it to purchaser at no additional charge. If a purchaser discovers and reports to SunStar or the SunStar Corcho dealer/distributor a defect covered under this warranty more than three (3) years but less than ten (10) years from the date of purchase, SunStar shall, upon written notice to SunStar, (including model and serial number) provide the purchaser with parts necessary to repair the unit at no additional charge; provided the purchaser returns any defective parts needing replacement to SunStar’s SunStar Corcho Service Center (as provided for below) at the purchaser’s expense.

Duties Of The Owner

The heating appliance must be installed by a qualified installer and operated in accordance with the written instructions furnished with the appliance. Ready access to the appliance for service is the responsibility of the owner. Travel, diagnostic cost, service labor, labor to repair the defective appliance and freight charges on warranty parts to the factory will be the responsibility of the owner after the first 90 days of ownership have expired. A bill of sale, canceled check, or payment record should be kept to verify purchase date and remaining warranty period. Original carton should be kept for warranty return of the unit.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not imply or assume responsibility for consequential damages that may result from the use, misuse or improper installation of this heating appliance and in no event shall SunStar be responsible for such damages. This warranty does not cover claims, which do not involve defective workmanship or materials.

Your Rights Under State Law

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary, from state to state.

How To Get Service

All parts or products returned due to defects must be shipped prepaid to an Authorized SunStar Corcho Service Center. Please contact your SunStar Corcho dealer for service details or to obtain return authorization. Williams Furnace Company Limited Warranty

The Manufacturer, Williams Furnace Co., warrants this wall furnace or heater to the original purchaser under the following conditions:

Limited One Year Warranty

1. Any part thereof which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within one year from date of original purchase for use will be repaired or replaced at the Manufacturer’s option, FOB it’s factory.

2. No liability is assumed by the Manufacturer for removal or installation labor costs, nor for freight or delivery charges.

Limited Extended Warranty

1. In addition to the above limited one-year warranty on the complete unit, any heat exchanger which burns out or rusts out under normal installation, use and service conditions during a period of nine years following expiration of the one-year warranty period will be exchanged for a like or functionally similar part FOB Manufacture’s factory.

2. No liability is assumed by the Manufacturer for removal or installation labor costs, nor for any freight or delivery charges.

Limitations

1. This warranty does not include any charge for labor or installation.

2. This warranty does not extend to painted surfaces nor to damage or defects resulting from accident, alteration, misuse or abuse, or improper installation.

3. This warranty does not cover claims, which do not involve defective workmanship or materials.

DUTIES OF THE CONSUMER

1. The heating equipment must be installed by a qualified installer and operated in accordance with the installation and homeowner’s instructions furnished with the equipment.

2. Any travel, diagnostic costs, service labor and labor to repair the defective unit will be the responsibility of the owner.

3. A bill of sale, cancelled check, payment records, or permit should be kept to verify purchase date to establish the warranty period.

NOTE: THIS WARRANTY IS MADE BY THE MANUFACTURE AND NOT BY K & S SALES.

K & S Sales will process the above factory warranty for any Williams products purchased from us.
Any labor or shipping costs will be the responsibility of the owner.

Champion Cooler Limited Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of an evaporative cooler installed and used under normal conditions. It does not cover damages incurred through accident, neglect, or abuse by the owner. We do not authorize any person or representative to assume for us any other or different liability in connection with this product.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

For Eight Years from date of installation, we will replace the original base assembly if water leakage should occur due to rust out.For One Year from date of installation, we will replace any original component provided by Champion Cooler Corporation, which fails due to any defect in material or factory workmanship only.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE WARRANTY

We are not responsible for replacement of cooler pads. These are disposable components and should be replaced periodically.We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage resulting from any malfunction.

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY
