** Steel pipe should be of at least standard weight
(Schedule 40)

** Undiluted Liguified Petroleum Gas @ 11 inches water column inlet pressure. Based on a pressure drop of 0.5 inches water column.
** Copper tubing must comply with limitations of NATIONAL FUEL GAS CODE reference 2.6.3 metallic tubing.
Support the piping or tubing at regular intervals with metal pipe strapping

  • 100% Safety Pilot/Built-In Pressure Regulator
    Completely stops the flow of gas in the event pilot flame is extinguished.
  • Low BTU Pilot
    Constructed of stainless steel – provides maximum efficiency during standby.

  • Safety Limit Control
    Maintains lowest possible grill temperature consistent with heating required.
    Also cycles unit off in the event grill is blocked by a rug or furniture.

  • Wall Thermostat
    Standard on all models.

  • Pyrex Vision Cap
    Provides quick, safe visual check of burner and pilot operation.

  • Draft Diverter
    Prevents pilot and burner outage due to down draft.

  • Millivolt Wall Thermostat Control System
    No electricity is required to operate the unit.
    Heat is provided – even during a power failure.

  • Matchless Spark Ignition
    Eliminates need for matches or lighting tools.

Venting Information

 

The Safety Limit Control on a Cozy Floor Furnace
Offers you two settings to assure proper performance
in any winter weather

Setting No. 1
In mild weather, operate the furnace with damper open.
Furnace will cycle on and off maintaining a moderate grill temperature
and an even room temperature

Setting No. 2
In extremely cold weather, close damper
( exposes hot register warning plate )
Furnace will then put out maximum amount of heat
until room temperature reaches setting on the wall thermostat
